ဘဂၤလီမ်ိဳးတုန္းသတ္ျခင္း အစီအစဥ္ကို Al Jazeera မွ ၈ ရက္ေန႕တြင္ စတင္ ထုတ္လႊင့္မည္ ~ YaWai (ပိုင္စိုးသူ)

ဘဂၤလီကုလားမ်ား အတြက္ အသံလႊင့္ေပးေန သည့္ ကာတာႏုိင္ငံ အေျခစုိက္ နာမည္ႀကီး အယ္လ္ဂ် ဇီးရား သတင္းဌာနက ဒီဇင္ဘာလ (၈) ရက္ေန႔ကစၿပီး (၁၃) ရက္ေန႔ထိ The Hidden Genocide လုိ႔ေခါင္းစဥ္ တပ္ထားတဲ့မွတ္တမ္း ဗီဒီယုိတစ္ခုကုိျပသ ေတာ့မယ္ လုိ႔ သိရပါတယ္။

အဘြားအုိ တုတ္ကိုင္ျပီး ကိုယ့္ကိုကိုယ္ ကာကြယ္ေနရတဲ့ ရခိုင္

ဒီမွတ္တမ္းနဲ႔ပတ္သက္လုိ႔ လူမ်ဳိးတုန္းသတ္ျဖတ္မႈ (Genocide) လုိ႔ေခါင္းစဥ္တပ္လုိ႔ရတဲ့ေနရာကုိ ကၽြန္ေ တာ္ တုိ႔ေရာက္ေနၿပီ လို႔ ႏုိင္ငံတကာ လူမ်ဳိးတုန္း သတ္ျဖတ္မႈနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္တဲ့ ပညာရွင္မ်ား အသင္း ဥကၠဌ ပါေမာ ကၡ William Schabas ကေျပာပါတယ္။

အယ္လ္ဂ်ဇီးရားရဲ့ စာနယ္ဇင္းရုံး ကေတာ့ ဇြန္လအတြင္းမွာ ၇၈ ေယာက္ေသ ဆုံးတယ္လုိ႔ျမန္ မာအစုိးရက သတင္း ထုတ္ျပန္ တာက ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္မွာ သတ္ျဖတ္ခံ ရတဲ့ေနရာေတြ ထဲက အစိတ္အပုိင္း တစ္ေနရာ က သတင္း ဘဲျဖစ္ တယ္လုိ႔ ဆုိပါတယ္။

အခုျပသမယ့္ မွတ္တမ္း ဗီဒီယုိမွာ ဇြန္လ အတြင္းမွာ လူေပါင္း ၂၀၀ ေက်ာ္ကုိ ငါးရက္ အတြင္း သတ္ျဖတ္ ခဲ့ တာ၊ က်င္း အႀကီးႀကီးႏွစ္ခု ထဲမွာျမွပ္ခဲ့ တာေတြကုိ သက္ေသခံ မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ဒါေတြအျပင္ -

* စစ္တပ္၊ နစက၊ လုံထိန္းေတြက ပစ္သတ္ လုိ႔ေသခဲ့ရတဲ့ ၃၅ ေယာက္ (ကေလး ၂၅ ေယာက္) ကုိျမွပ္ ထား တဲ့ေ နရာ
* သတ္ျဖတ္ ခံရတဲ့လူ ၁၀၀ ေက်ာ္ရဲ့ အေလာင္းေတြကုိ ကုန္တင္ကားနဲ႔ သယ္သြားတာကုိ မ်က္စိနဲ႔ကုိယ္ တုိင္ျမင္ ခဲ့ ရတဲ့မ်က္ျမင္ သက္ေသ (ဘဂၤလီတစ္ေယာက္က ငိုျပပါလိမ့္မယ္)
* လုံျခဳံေရးတပ္ဖြဲ႔၀င္ေတြက ရုိဟင္ဂ်ာေတြရဲ့ေနအိမ္ေတြထဲကုိ ဓါတ္ဆီပုလင္းနဲ႔ပစ္ေပါက္ၿပီး မီးရွဳိ႕တဲ့ အေၾကာင္း
* ဘာသာေရးပညာရွင္ ၄၀ ကုိဗလီထဲကုိေခၚၿပီး အားလုံးကုိသတ္ပစ္လုိက္တဲ့အေၾကာင္း ( ပံုျပင္တစ္ခုလို ဇာတ္လမ္း ဆင္ျပီး ေျပာၾကပါလိမ့္မယ္)
* အသက္ ၁၂ ႏွစ္အရြယ္မိန္းကေလးကုိ ေမာင္ႏွမ၀မ္းကြဲ ၅ ေယာက္ေရွ႕မွာ ရဲေတြက မီးပုံႀကီးထဲကုိ မီးရွဳိ႕ သတ္တဲ့အေၾကာင္း ( ဇာတ္လမ္းလမ္းဆင္ၾကတယ္)
* အစုလုိက္အၿပဳံလုိက္ဖမ္းဆီးၿပီး ေသတဲ့အထိညွင္းပန္းႏွိပ္စက္တဲ့အေၾကာင္း၊ ရဲစန္းမွာအေလာင္း ၆ ေလာ င္းျ မင္ ခဲ့ရတဲ့အေၾကာင္း( ဇာတ္လမ္းဆင္ၾကတယ္)
* အမ်ဳိးသမီး တစ္ေယာက္ကုိ စစ္သား၊ လုံထိန္း၊ နစက အေယာက္ (၂၀) ေယာက္က၀ုိင္းၿပီး မုဒိန္း က်င့္တဲ့ အေၾကာင္း (ဇာတ္လမ္းဆင္ၾကတယ္)

၁၉၈၈ ခုႏွစ္ကစၿပီး ဘဂၤလီေတြကို လူမ်ဳိးတုန္းသုတ္သင္ခဲ့တာေတြကုိ ဒီမွတ္တမ္း မွာျ ပသမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

အယ္လ္ဂ်ဇီးရားရဲ့အဂၤလိပ္နဲ႔အရဗီအစီအစဥ္မွာဒီဇင္ဘာလ(၈)ရက္ေန႔ကစၿပီး(၁၃)ရက္ေန႔ထိ ေန႔စဥ္ ျပသ မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ဒီဗြီဒီယိုကို ၾကည့္ရင္ေတာ့ ဘဂၤလီမ်ားဟာ ဘယ္လိုသနားစရာ ေကာင္းေၾကာင္း မီဒီယာ အားေကာင္းေကာင္းနဲ႔ လုပ္ေဆာင္ေနတာကို ေတြ႔ရပါလိမ့္မယ္။ ျမန္မာ မီဒီယာေတြက၊ အြန္လိုင္း သံေယာင္ေတြက ျပည္တြင္းမွာ ဆူပူဖို႔ သံဃာကို သံဃာအလုပ္ မလုပ္ႏိုင္ေအာင္ ေသြးထိုးဖုိ႔ လုပ္ေနခ်ိန္မွာ ဘဂၤလီေတြက ဒီလို ဗီဒီယုိေတြ တင္ျပီး ၀ါဒျဖန္႔ေနၾကျပီ။ ခင္ဗ်ားတို႔ ဘာဆက္လုပ္ၾကမလဲ။

The Al Jazeera team discovered that official statements provided only a small part of what took place.

.Instead, Rohingya testify suffering systematic torture, ethnic cleansing and execution-style killings. The program found evidence of at least two mass graves and the deliberate murder of minors, some of whom were burnt alive. The program includes eyewitness accounts of the extra-judicial killings of more than 200 people during five days in June

The Hidden Genocide also provides compelling evidence that the killings were at times carried out with the support and participation of the Myanmar military, state security forces and local government officials.
Amongst the findings are:

The location of a mass grave of 35 people, 25 of them children. Most had been shot as they fled by soldiers from Myanmar’s national army as well as paramilitaries from a border security force, known as NaSaKa.
An eyewitness watched as around 100 bodies were dumped from a truck and buried in marshland by security services.
Accounts describe security forces traveling through Rohingya districts throwing bottles of gasoline onto houses and setting them alight.
One man described how up to 40 religious scholars were brought to the yard of a mosque and summarily executed. They were accused of being ‘troublemakers’.
A 12-year old girl watched as 5 of her cousins - all younger than her - were picked up by security forces and thrown into large fires.
There is evidence of torture and arbitrary arrest. One man who was severely beaten saw six corpses in the local police station.
Al Jazeera spoke to one woman who was raped,according to medical records by more than 20 men
